I just bought a new pair of Western boots they are Laredo Brand. The ones I use right now are round toed, less fancy, the heel is more square and well I just want to know can you ride in these types of boots?
This is the first pair of nice looking TRUE Western boots (and I will only wear them at shows of coarse).

I have a pair of laredos kind of similiar to the picture. I have have the new AQHA boots. I prefer my laredos because they are so amazingly comfortable. It really doesn’t matter what disipline or show you use them for. As long as they feel good to go. I do like the more "cowboy" style over the chunkier like ariats and justins. It’s just preference. I’m sure you can win in any pair!
Yes, you can ride in them. They have a nice heel and hard soles. I tend to stay away from riding in the crepe or oversize "fat baby" soles.
Yes, they are cowboy boots.
Yes to all.
No problem riding with those.
Back in medieval times, Austrian knights wore very pointed toes. The toes began to turn up and get longer and longer. They became so long that they had to use a chain from the toe to their knee to keep them from flopping.
Then it went to the other extreme. They turned downwards and extremely long and they couldn’t dismount without help.
All cowboys ride with pointy toed boots.
yes youi can but u should def wear them in or they will give u huge blisters @ da show
They are the real deal, "cowboy boots"…..you’ll find, in your looking at boots, that Ropers, Ariats, Boulet, Anderson Bean, Mercedes, all have a certain look to them; walking heel and more rounded toe…but you’ve done well with a first pair, Enjoy them!!
u can ride in them but i think that theyre shit type to be wearing find something more apealing geeeeeeeeeeeeze
